I started cake decorating fifteen years ago making cakes for my Children's birthdays and three years ago I gave up work to turn my hobby into my business.

At Cakes by Paula I pride myself in creating a unique cake for your celebration. We can arrange a consultation where you can view any of my books and I will help bring your ideas together.

The photos in the gallery are just a small sample of the diverse creations available - I will have a go at anything (just about!) so however bizarre your cake idea may seem to you, I'm sure to give it a go.

If you are not really sure what design you would like, don't worry - I promise that after a quick chat we will come up with the perfect cake idea for you.

You can choose from plain sponge, lemon or chocolate sponge with a buttercream filling or fruit cake.  I also offer an egg free cake.

I will  be the only person involved in creating and making your cake, so I am able to provide a personal and individual service.

I hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate and have been inspected and passed by Environmental Health. I am also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
